Enjoy meeting an engaging with the public? The AGH’s Tourism Ambassadors help welcome over 150,000 visitors who experience the Art Gallery of Hamilton annually, and assist with the Gallery’s group tour segment.

Tourism Ambassadors welcome Hamiltonians, and visitors to Hamilton and to the Gallery. They acquaint visitors with other attractions, dining and shopping opportunities in the city by staffing the Welcome Desk during peak times. Tourism Ambassadors also assist docents (tour guides) with larger group tours by accompanying the tour through the Gallery, and assist on First Fridays and other busy periods like Doors Open and Celebrate Hamilton by orienting visitors to the Gallery.
