Designed to introduce new AGH exhibitions,
Teachers’ Nights will present teachers with an opportunity to experience AGH Tours and Studio activities available to their classes throughout the school year.
At no cost to the teachers, the evening’s programme begins with refreshments at a "Meet & Greet" reception with AGH staff and Docents. The guided tours of exhibitions and hands-on Studio activities to follow will ensure an invaluable experience on both a personal and professional level.
While there is no charge for teachers, registration is required to participate in the reception, exhibition tour and activities.
Tours: Gallery Tours of new exhibitions at either 4:10 pm or 5:10 pm.
Studio: Hands-on studio work inspired by Quilts at 5:10 pm.
Presentation: Using art to encourage critical thinking – Visual Thinking Strategies at 5:10 pm.
Pre-registration is required. Please include your name, school, grade level and the activities and times you'd like to participate in. Welcome packages will include a set of postcards of popular AGH artworks, a Visit-Planning package, an AGH Family Pass and a few other fun resources to inspire you!
