AGH talks: An Afternoon with Pascal Grandmaison

Please join us for a special discussion of contemporary art. Known for his large-format photographs and video works, Quebec artist Pascal Grandmaison will visit the AGH to give an artist talk about his work, currently on exhibition at the Gallery and at Jessica Bradley ART + PROJECTS in Toronto. Refreshments will be served after the talk. After, please stay to enjoy the Gallery’s Fall Opening Reception at 2:00 pm.

Member Tea: Leonard Baskin – His Work and Personality

Please join us for an afternoon presentation by Rabbi Bernard Baskin, brother of artist Leonard Baskin, whose work is on display in the exhibition, Baskin in Black and White. Rabbi Baskin will share stories about the artist and some of the exceptional work in the Gallery. The talk will be followed by afternoon tea in the Pavilion.

Please join us for an evening of wine, cheese and talk as the powerful trends in art from about 1850 to 1950, as seen in Blood Sweat and Tears: Labour in Art, are discussed.
