You must bring your printed e-ticket or confirmation page [best for multiple tickets purchased] with you to the screening. Each ticket barcode records ONE admission. Once your ticket is scanned or accepted, it cannot be duplicated or used again. Duplicated tickets are rendered INVALID.

Exchange Policy
All ticket sales are final, no refunds
Tickets can ONLY be exchanged before the film screening date indicated on the ticket (no exchanges or refunds after the film screening date)
Tickets are not transferable from season to season (ONLY i♥filmseries passes are valid between seasons or after 10 screenings have been selected)
Tickets purchased for cancelled film screenings will be valid for alternate film selections - please contact us
General Policy
i♥filmseries pass: i♥filmseries passes have no cash value, and cannot be refunded in whole or in part. Passes expire after 10 screenings have been selected. Management reserves the right to use their discretion in the administration of the i♥filmseries pass.
