On-line Sales (if applicable):

• Click this button adjacent to the programme you would like attend and follow directions
• PURCHASE buttons may be found in the
  AGH film webpage or through the Calendar of Events
• On-line sales close 12 midnight on the day prior to the event or screening
• Major credit card required (VISA / MasterCard / AMEX)
• You must bring your printed e-ticket(s) with you to the event or screening, or GO GREEN! If you prefer not to print this e-ticket, please record your confirmation number and bar code digits on the e-ticket (in green) and present them upon arrival. Each ticket barcode records ONE admission. Once your ticket is scanned or accepted, it cannot be duplicated or used again. Duplicated tickets are rendered INVALID.

Phone Sales:

• Call 905-527-6610, ext. 232, during regular business hours (Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm)
• Phone sales conclude the day prior to event or screening
• Major credit card required (VISA / MasterCard / AMEX)
• Members must have their membership number ready to receive discounts

In Person:

• AGH film: You can purchase tickets prior to event or screening location at our "AGH Box Office"
• Tickets can be purchased at the AGH Front Desk during regular business hours
  (Tuesday, Wednesday: 12-7pm | Thursday, Friday: 12-9pm | Saturday, Sunday: 12-5pm | Closed Mondays)
• All tickets are subject to availability

Exchange Policy:

• All ticket sales are final, no refunds
• AGH film tickets can ONLY be exchanged at an AGH box office before the event indicated on the ticket
• AGH film tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded on or after the event date indicated on the ticket
• AGH film tickets are not transferable from season to season

AGH programming General Policies:

• Programmes are subject to change without notice
• Tickets purchased for cancelled film screenings will be valid for alternate film selections at the AGH’s discretion
• Cameras and recording devices are NOT PERMITTED at events or screenings
• Please turn off all pagers and cell phones upon entering the event or screening
• Quantities are limited and may sell out at any time
