In this six-week beading course facilitated by Cha Nimke Nagwagin Kwe, also known as Jasmin Glaw, participants will explore the Indigenous art form of beadwork through hands-on, self-guided projects. In addition, over the six weeks of the course, participants will read the novel Seven Fallen Feathers by Tanya Talaga as a group, using this book as a catalyst for discussions about reconciliation, and the Indigenous landscape in Canada. The book is included in the course fee; all materials provided.
