“…I prefer the terms, life-book, journal, idea book” says Nathan Carson, a Hamilton-based artist whose mixed media works routinely fuse collage, painting, drawing, and found object.
Carson’s open minded approach to materials — butcher paper, discarded cigarette cases, paint swatches — reveal his dedication to be curious, exploratory, and inclusive about everyday materials. This workshop definitely takes an “everything but the kitchen sink” approach.
Join Nathan for this outdoor workshop suitable for all ages, artists and non-artists alike. Bring your own sketchbook, or use materials we are happy to share with you!
