AGH Wellness: Mindfulness, Movement and Creative Expression

Location: Art Gallery of Hamilton
Join Robin Lacambra and Jennifer Maramba for a multimodality exploration of what our body holds, communicates and yearns to create. Blending mindfulness, movement, somatics and artful expression, you will be guided through a Body Mapping practice.
Come prepared to move, feel, draw.
No experience necessary! Movement explorations will be accessible and all-levels.
All art materials will be provided. Movement mats or blankets are encouraged.
AGH Members: $20
Non-Members: $25
Please note participants will need to bring their own yoga mat, and a bottle of water is recommended.
