Join us in-person as AGH Reads discusses Me Artsy by Drew Hayden Taylor.
A collection of essays exploring themes surrounding the role of art in First Nations communities, artistic representation in Indigenous culture, and art’s integral contribution to social change. Each essay describes the significance of art in the lives of contributors such as actor/playwright Monique Mojica, painter Marianne Nicolson, and blues pianist Murray Porter.
AGH Reads is a free monthly book club dedicated to topics intersecting with art, artists, and broader cultural topics.
