Slow down and spend your morning connecting with yourself and the Gallery through three guided experiences. The Wellness Workshop Package includes Dream Tea with Nadia Ishmail, Mapping the Self with Robin Lacambra and a Slow Looking Gallery Tour. Through conversation and reflection, each experience offers a different way to pause and explore.
Begin your morning with facilitator Nadia Ishmail over a cup of tea. Explore dreams through guided conversation, group reflection and journaling in a relaxed setting.
Join artist instructor Robin Lacambra for a body-mapping workshop exploring memory, emotion and lived experience through visual art. Create a life-sized representation of yourself using kraft paper and art materials, marking places of joy, change and personal experience.
Finish the morning in the Gallery with a guided slow-looking experience. Spend time with selected artworks and explore what you notice when you give yourself more time to look, with opportunities for sketching and journaling along the way.
