Explore art through visual description using high contrast and tactile resources in a conversational setting. This pilot project encourages participants to share their interests and experiences to help guide our new program delivery.
Artful Moments programs are designed to empower participants to forge connections with art and each other through conversations about art from the AGH Collection. Participants of these virtual and phone-based programs are encouraged to include a family-member or care partner to share in the program. Participants or their care partners should pick up Art Kits at the AGH, or email access@artgalleryofhamilton.com to make mailing arrangements.
Help us develop Artful Moments! The AGH is looking for persons with lived experience of dementia, vision loss and disabilities to participate in advisory conversations and committees to inform programs like these.
