Drop by the gallery to join us for Breaking Through the Vault; a monthly poetry club that fosters connection, exploration, socialization, and creation alongside the AGH and Hamilton You Poets.
We are pleased to welcome Donna-Michelle St. Bernard to this month’s Breaking Through the Vault!
Donna-Michelle St. Bernard aka Belladonna the Blest is an emcee, playwright, theatre director, and agitator. She is a three-time nominee for the Governor General’s Award for English-language drama, receiving nods at the 2011 Governor General’s Awards for Gas Girls, at the 2016 Governor General’s Awards for A Man A Fish, and at the 2020 Governor General’s Awards for Sound of the Beast. She is the author of the 54ology, which includes The First Stone, Diggers, Give It Up, The Smell of Horses, Just Now, Click Click, Cake, Sound of the Beast, A Man A Fish, Salome’s Clothes, Dark Love and Gas Girls. She is also a creator of theatre for young audiences, opera libretti, collaborative works and weird reflections.
