This interactive workshop supports incredible working artists who are also caregivers. Participants will build strategies to balance their creative passions and caregiving responsibilities. Facilitated by Nadia Ishmail, this workshop will explore the intersection of art and caregiving.
Engage in conversation, share your experiences, and connect with others navigating this shared journey. Attendees are encouraged to contribute their perspectives and resources, fostering a deeper understanding of the challenges and rewards faced by creative caregivers. Open to caregivers of all kinds and anyone interested in the intersection of art and care.
Nadia Ishmail (Instructor): Owner of Stone and Shadow, creates safe spaces for holistic healing and wellness. As a certified facilitator of Reiki, Quantum Touch Healing, Herbalism, Multi Instrument Sound Therapy, Wellness Coaching and Cupping, Nadia is dedicated to holding space and opening conversations and connections in order to support healing and growth, no matter where you are in your life journey.
