You are invited to join us for the 10th Anniversary AGH BMO World Film Festival party. Head to the AGH for an evening inspired by Andy Warhol’s Factory, the studio where he created experimental films among other works, and eventually produced over 70 films. Have a cocktail, enjoy some themed-foods, dance to tunes selected by Sahra Soudi of COBRA, take part in interactive workshops and activities, and enjoy a special appearance of a Warhol work from our permanent collection!
We are also celebrating the opening of two new exhibitions from our Permanent Collection. Norval Morrisseau features approximately 20 pieces by the traditional Anishinaabe artist. Rosemary Kilbourn: A Singular Place showcases new acquisitions donated by the artist – a unique retrospective of Kilbourn’s body of work including wood engravings, sketches and paintings.
