Experience Hamilton through the eyes of an artist in this three-session urban en plein air program led by artist and instructor James Gummerson. Participants will explore a variety of iconic downtown locations, sketching and painting on-site while engaging with the city’s architecture, streetscapes, public spaces, and hidden details.
Each session will visit three different locations, offering opportunities to observe, interpret, and create in response to Hamilton’s unique urban character. Artists of all experience levels are welcome, and participants are encouraged to work in their preferred medium, whether drawing, watercolour, acrylic, ink, or mixed media.
