We invite you to spend a peaceful hour meditating with others in the Gallery. This session will be led by experienced facilitators, giving you exposure to different approaches to mindfulness meditation from mostly guided to mostly silent. The meditation period is 30-45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of questions and discussion.

No matter your level of experience with mindful meditation, you will benefit from this hour break from everyday life.

Mindfulness Hamilton is a volunteer-led, community organization with a mission to weave mindfulness into the fabric of everyday life across the Hamilton area. Mindfulness Hamilton provides free community meditations, affordable learning opportunities and both free and paid access to a wide range of mindfulness resources.
