Join GOODBODYFEEL for a session of mindful movement. More than just a yoga class, GOODBODYFEEL classes dance at the intersection of mindful movement and social justice – self-care for community care. Their team strives to create experiences that build self-awareness, strength, and community through accessible, inclusive, and decolonized movement classes.
