Become an AGH Volunteer

Gallery Volunteering ... it's a work of heart

There are many opportunities to contribute to the Gallery and community by volunteering at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. These can include: becoming a member of the Volunteer Committee; serving on a committee; providing support at a Gallery special event; completing an internship; and assisting with Educational programs in order to fulfill high school volunteer hours.

The AGH Volunteer Committee

Volunteering at the AGH
For over 60 years, a dynamic AGH Volunteer Committee has supported the Gallery. Working in collaboration with staff, these dedicated men and women exemplify the spirit of the AGH and positively represent the Gallery to visitors.

Volunteers can help in one or more different areas of the Gallery with schedules that suit their busy lives. Please click on the position titles below to discover what types of volunteer work are available through Volunteer Committee involvement.
