Join us at the table with our talented Guest Beader to learn introductory beading techniques, and gain a deeper understanding of the rich history, tradition and artistry of Indigenous beading.

All the workshop creations made by participants will contribute to AGH’s half of a community shawl in partnership with the Woodland Cultural Centre. This shawl will come together symbolizing our two communities sharing knowledge, resources and building relationships.

Experience the process of design first hand in The Beading Room, an interactive part of the Radical Stitch exhibition organized and circulated by the MacKenzie Gallery.
