We will work with you to coordinate every aspect of your meeting, private/community event or special occasion gathering. Our expert staff will design floor plans, create customized menus with our in-house Chef or catering partners, customize bar services, coordinate audio visual rentals, and provide a dedicated Event Coordinator on the day of your event.
Full culinary and beverage services are available in each event space. The AGH Event Services team will work with you and our Chefs to create the perfect menu to complement your event.
Consumption, cash and package bar services are available in each event space. While we have strong relationships with local and regional wineries, distillery and breweries, we can also provide bar services with international flavours.
Art and Cultural Experiences
Enhance your event with a guided tour of an exhibition, or a hands on team building activity. Tours and studio activities can be organized to coordinate with your meeting’s objectives. Perhaps re-creating an AGH masterpiece or a gallery scavenger hunt would add a unique touch to your event.
We assist in creating a variety of special design touches for your event: Lounge areas with stylish couches and chairs, an outdoor patio, ceiling décor, lighting, and more. We also have a network of local businesses that we can refer you to for additional services.
